The School's faculty comes together from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Costa Rica, India, Spain, Sweden and China. The school's policy is to invest heavily in staff training. All are expected to participate in workshops and seminars, both in school and with external IB trainers, and to attend regional workshops and conferences sponsored by the IB.
