Design + Facilities
Designed in close consultation with the Council of International Schools (CIS), Stonehill's campus provides the size and types of spaces needed to effectively implement our educational programmes and to comfortably accommodate over 800 students with a full faculty and administration.
The Early Childhood and Primary School classrooms, each 75sqm in area, are arranged in clusters to encourage collaborative work. Classes of the same grade share a common breakout space that can be dynamically used for presentations, to house computers or exhibit childrens' work. In addition, Early Childhood (P1 to P3) and P4 each have their own garden directly outside their classrooms for sand and wet play and in which to grow flowers and vegetables.
The playgrounds have equipment from Europe of the highest safety standards and the multipurpose hall has a climbing wall as well as performance facilities.
The outdoor sports facilities include a full-sized football pitch, a field house with changing rooms, three synthetic surface tennis courts, a basketball court, a 25m swimming pool and a shallow pool.
